It's an accomplishment to be named player of the year in one sport, but winning two awards in one season? That's very impressive.  That's exactly what happened to Minford's Eli Parkes, who on top of being named SOC II player of the year in soccer, was also named player of the year in SOC II football.

Parkes joins 7 other Falcon stars who were named first team all SOC II in soccer this season.  Also named from the Falcons were Jason Greene, Brett Reinhardt, Matt Brooks, Heath Campbell, Justin Stowers, Andrew Shonkwiler, Worm Nolan, and Parkes.

Minford's coach Greg Romanello was also named Coach of the year in Division II.
